Olivia {Summer has arrived!}

Hello Summer!

Nothing but rain for the last month and then BAM! A full on heat wave, and just in time for June. Looking forward to this upcoming month filled with outdoor sessions and weddings! Two very special weddings actually, that i'm a guest at and not the photog! Both weddings are actually on the same day, I'm gonna be a busy girl on June 11th! Can't wait to snap some pics and share on the blog.

Here are some pics of my session with the sweet sweet Olivia and her parents. What a doll she is. I heart newborns! Especially darling 'lil ones like Olivia.

Look at that sweet sweet smile, makes me melt!

Olivia and the first baby of the family, Stella.

Such a pleasure photographing her. Wink!

Kimberley & Miran {Wedding}

Romantic, intimate, slightly casual with a hint of fabulousness... That's what this wedding oozed. From the bride and groom getting ready together at the regal Royal York hotel to their intimate candle lit ceremony/reception at the incredibly chic Auberge du Pommier restaurant.

This post is long overdue and i've been dying to share these images since the wedding in March. I admit this post is a bit of an image overload but i have so many favs and i'm the worst at editing through my own work and cutting back. My original post had double the amount of images so i did manage to cut back a bit.

I abosulutely adore weddings like this, every detail was taken care of and the day ran so smoothly. It was simple, elegant and stylish. I actually imagined myself having a somewhat similar wedding (not that i ever imagine that day being soon or if ever). I don't usually get too caught up in the moment during a wedding and try to stay focused but i have to say i had full on tears streaming down my cheeks during their ceremony (thank god the camera could hide them).

Kim's sister/maid of honor was there while they got ready helping with the dress and primping.

One last look...

We ventured around the hotel looking for photo ops and needless to say there were many, even this stairwell made for a perfect backdrop for the romantic couple.

One of my favs from the day... i love it!

Stealing kisses in the elevator.

We head over to the restaurant for some cocktails and treats before the ceremony began.

They held the intimate ceremony in the middle of one of the private rooms. Guest were seated at their tables with their chairs turned facing the lovely couple. I just loved the set up of this very private wedding.

Thanks again for letting me be a part of your magical day.... congrats again!
