Frolicking

As much as i have a hard time with mondays, since i always seem to be exhausted as opposed to well rested from the wkd, i always love starting a fresh new week.

Starting something new, anything really, always holds a bit of excitment and anticipation of what's to come. The possibilities of what your week will consist of; who you will see, what you will accomplish, where you will go, what you will learn. A blank canvas awaiting an image, a story, created by your experiences and the people you encounter. That being said, thank god this monday is coming to an end, i'm exhausted!

This past weekend was a busy one, but it was loads of fun and I was able to accomplish ample more than i had originally planned. I'm super thrilled about it really, nothing better than getting stuff done.

These are some photos i took of Kelly on Friday, it was a caesar fueled shoot. Well, Kelly was fueled by ceasars, i indulged after the shoot. I had been wanting to snap some of Kelly since i first had the pleasure of doing so in the fall when her family hired me. We had made plans together already and it was a beauty day so we agreed it was the perfect opportunity for caesars and photos.

We headed out with no specific locale in mind. That's what i love about living in my area, there are endless open fields and rustic terrain that make for the most divine backdrops. We came across a couple scenes that i just couldn't pass up, especially with the awesome light that was streaming down from the early setting sun.

Kelly has such incredible eyes, it's the shape and the piercing colour that have some sort of sultry effect. These eyes are just asking for trouble.

I think i got her to strip down numerous times in my car in order to change into what i was wearing or throw on a different outfit. I would assume the cars driving by had quite the show.

Frolicking...

I didn't realize this field was more a marsh then just dried up straw, we both had soakers after this shot, nothing like flats full of muddy water.

Dirty feet . The result of frolicking around barefoot :)

Nice! My fave is the one of Kelly in the field with the barn in the background. So natural and rustic!
